Proposition 14: Vote NO
California’s Proposition 14 is a $5.5 billion bond measure that will appear before California voters in November. Its goal is to fund the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM), which was created by 2004’s Proposition 71. In a time where the importance of public health has never been clearer, Proposition 14 deserves vehement opposition from anyone who cares about human life, research ethics, and responsible public spending. In the early 2000’s, embryonic stem cell research was viewed as...CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE

AB2035 requires foster youth 10 years or older of rights to secret abortions and birth control
"This bill [AB2035} mandates foster children, starting in fifth grade, are told of their rights to receive free birth control and abortions without the approval or knowledge of their foster parents," Greg Burt Director Of Capitol Engagement for California Family Council explained. "It specifically would require county social workers to verify to the court that they have informed foster care children over 10 years of age of these rights and where to get these services." The bill also requires foster families to receive annual training explaining these rights for foster care children. CLICK HERE FOR BILL TEXT

Discloser: MUST BE REGISTERED LEGALLY IN CALIFORNIA TO VOTE
On Monday August 10th, 2020, AB 2218 passed in the Senate Health Committee 7-1.
The bill is now headed to the California Senate for a floor vote and can be heard anytime in the next two weeks.
This means that we have another opportunity to influence our legislators before this bill has the chance to become a law. The fight is still not over for this bill.
We ask that everyone remain prayerful and engaged in continuing the fight against AB 2218 which will use taxpayer dollars to fund hormone blockers for children and sex change operations for adults.
We have created a new Action Alert to contact your senator and we ask that you call your senator and urge him or her to VOTE NO on AB 2218! Then send the alert to your friends and family and ask them to do the same!
